MENOPAUSE POLICY ADVOCATE

I’m a woman in my 50s living in Paris who spent seven years navigating the often debilitating symptoms of perimenopause. Due to widespread misinformation and the absence of a truly integrated approach to care, I was misdiagnosed and left struggling to find the resources I needed to improve my health and quality of life. That experience led me to commit myself to a clear mission: ensuring that women receive the healthcare they deserve to live healthy, strong, and fulfilling lives through the final four to five decades of life.

With over 25 years of experience in operations and project management, I now use that expertise to support the organisations responsible for the medical care of menopausal women - helping them work more effectively both internally and across borders, throughout Europe and internationally.

I believe that dignity in healthcare is fundamental to the well-being of our communities. My goal is to equip women, and their doctors, with the information they need to make truly informed decisions. Achieving that will require systemic change in how menopause care is taught, delivered, governed, researched, and communicated.
